Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Charlotte Gyllenhammar achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "In waiting" sold for SEK 130,000.00 (€ 11,895.51) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charlotte Gyllenhammar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Out" in October this year with an auction result of SEK 820,000.00 (€ 69,445.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Charlotte Gyllenhammar erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wurde die Arbeit "In waiting" für SEK 130.000,00 (€ 11.895,51) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charlotte Gyllenhammar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Out" im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 820.000,00 (€ 69.445,50).
