Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Baby" from the work Daghem by Charlotte Gyllenhammar was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 65,000.00 (€ 5,746.38) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charlotte Gyllenhammar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Out" in October this year with an auction result of SEK 820,000.00 (€ 69,445.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Baby" from the work Daghem von Charlotte Gyllenhammar wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 65.000,00 (€ 5.746,38) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charlotte Gyllenhammar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Out" im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 820.000,00 (€ 69.445,50).
