Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Charlotte Gyllenhammar could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Korsning/Crossroads", 1995. changed hands for SEK 22,000.00 (€ 1,863.17) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charlotte Gyllenhammar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Out" in October this year with an auction result of SEK 820,000.00 (€ 69,445.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Charlotte Gyllenhammar konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Korsning/Crossroads", 1995. für SEK 22.000,00 (€ 1.863,17) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charlotte Gyllenhammar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Out" im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 820.000,00 (€ 69.445,50).
