In the Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work A Stand of Trees at Dusk sold for USD 10,800.00 (€ 8,512.65) - well above the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Warren Eaton - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A winter landscape, which sold at auction in February 2005 for USD 31,200.00 (€ 23,504.60).
