Auction result well in line with expectations
In January this year Bonhams held the auction Prints & Multiples | Live Online, which included the work Untitled (MP-10; MP-14) 2 by Charles Arnoldi. The price achieved of USD 1,785.00 (€ 1,643.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Arnoldi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled: Two Parts in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 68,500.00 (€ 51,496.02).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Prints & Multiples | Live Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (MP-10; MP-14) 2 von Charles Arnoldi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.785,00 (€ 1.643,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charles Arnoldi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled: Two Parts im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.500,00 (€ 51.496,02).
