Sold at the upper estimate price
The work "Nose" by Cecilia Edefalk was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April last year. The auction ended at the price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,808.10), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cecilia Edefalk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Baby" in November 2010 with an auction result of SEK 5,900,000.00 (€ 644,944.77).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Nose" von Cecilia Edefalk kam im April letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.808,10) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cecilia Edefalk erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Baby" im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 5.900.000,00 (€ 644.944,77).
