Auction result misses estimated price range
In April last year a collector was able to acquire the work "At the moment untitled" by Cecilia Edefalk for SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,742.43). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cecilia Edefalk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Baby" in November 2010 with an auction result of SEK 5,900,000.00 (€ 644,944.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "At the moment untitled" von Cecilia Edefalk für SEK 18.000,00 (€ 1.742,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cecilia Edefalk erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Baby" im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 5.900.000,00 (€ 644.944,77).
