Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Linee verticali nello spazio by Carmelo Cappello was auctioned at Il Ponte in December 2015. It achieved a price of EUR 3,300.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18 %. Admittedly, works by Carmelo Cappello have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'uomo nello spazio in December 2018 with an auction result of EUR 30,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Linee verticali nello spazio von Carmelo Cappello kam im Dezember 2015 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.300,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carmelo Cappello auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'uomo nello spazio im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 30.000,00.
