Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,151.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Carl Eduard Ahrendts have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2004 the work Fisherfolk by a village on the Dutch coast was auctioned for EUR 3,346.00.
