Auction result well in line with expectations
In November last year Phillips in New York held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session, which included the work Overlapping Figures by Camille Henrot. The price achieved of USD 22,680.00 (€ 21,970.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Camille Henrot have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2018 the work Big Fish Small Fish was auctioned for USD 47,500.00 (€ 40,870.76).

Im November letzten Jahres führte Phillips in New York die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session durch, in der auch die Arbeit Overlapping Figures von Camille Henrot zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 22.680,00 (€ 21.970,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Camille Henrot konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2018 die Arbeit Big Fish Small Fish für USD 47.500,00 (€ 40.870,76) versteigert.
