In January 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Study for Tarmac Philadelphia by Bo Bartlett. The »bidding war« ended at USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,645.64), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bo Bartlett achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hurtsboro in May 2021 with an auction result of USD 226,800.00 (€ 185,993.11).

Im Januar 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Study for Tarmac Philadelphia von Bo Bartlett zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.645,64) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bo Bartlett erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hurtsboro im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 226.800,00 (€ 185.993,11).
