This artwork by Blanche Hoschedé-Monet achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2021. In the Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale auction, the work Le Jardin de Monet a Giverny sold for GBP 107,100.00 (€ 124,799.34) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Blanche Hoschedé-Monet; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot L'Étang Du Jardin De Claude Monet sold at auction in February 2015 with the realized price of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 172,356.43).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Blanche Hoschedé-Monet erzielte im Juni 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Le Jardin de Monet a Giverny für GBP 107.100,00 (€ 124.799,34) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Blanche Hoschedé-Monet; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit L'Étang Du Jardin De Claude Monet im Februar 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 125.000,00 (€ 172.356,43).
