In November 2019 Christies in London held the auction Modern | British Art, which included the work The Cockney Girl by Bernard Meninsky. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,806.83), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bernard Meninsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Bathers, which sold at auction in June 2005 for GBP 12,000.00 (€ 17,784.76).

Im November 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern | British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Cockney Girl von Bernard Meninsky zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.806,83) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Bernard Meninsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Bathers beobachtet, die im Juni 2005 für GBP 12.000,00 (€ 17.784,76) versteigert wurde.
