Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ben Schumacher could be acquired at Bonhams in July this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction, the work inhibitory and exclusive dimensions of metropolitanism changed hands for USD 640.00 (€ 580.76) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ben Schumacher achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Yet To Be Titled in February 2016 with an auction result of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 7,688.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ben Schumacher konnte im Juli diesen Jahres bei Bonhams für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online wechselte die Arbeit inhibitory and exclusive dimensions of metropolitanism für USD 640,00 (€ 580,76) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ben Schumacher erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Yet To Be Titled im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 7.688,26).
