Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2018 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Barbro Bäckström for SEK 48,000.00 (€ 4,629.72). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Barbro Bäckström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Badare" (Bathing) in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 42,251.70).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2018 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Barbro Bäckström für SEK 48.000,00 (€ 4.629,72) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Barbro Bäckström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Badare" (Bathing) im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 42.251,70).
