Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Barbro Bäckström achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2021. In the Olle Emanuelsson Collection H063 auction, the work without title sold for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,543.89) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Barbro Bäckström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Badare" (Bathing) in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 42,251.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Barbro Bäckström erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Olle Emanuelsson Collection H063 wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.543,89) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Barbro Bäckström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Badare" (Bathing) im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 42.251,70).
