In October last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction BLÅ – A Life Estate H065, which included this untitled work by Barbro Bäckström. The result of SEK 6,000.00 (€ 549.02) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Barbro Bäckström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Badare" (Bathing) in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 42,251.70).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion BLÅ – A Life Estate H065 durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Barbro Bäckström zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 6.000,00 (€ 549,02) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Barbro Bäckström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Badare" (Bathing) im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 42.251,70).
