The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 43,898.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Badri Narayan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2008 the work without title was auctioned for USD 74,500.00 (€ 52,908.17).
