Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Bull) by B. Vithal was auctioned at Bonhams in October 2021. The price achieved of GBP 3,570.00 (€ 4,229.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by B. Vithal have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Horses) in September 2020 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 23,468.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Bull) von B. Vithal kam im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.570,00 (€ 4.229,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von B. Vithal auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Horses) im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 23.468,17).
