Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Signora sul divano by Attilio Toro was sold in the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction at Christies in Rome in December 2003. The price achieved of EUR 2,728.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Attilio Toro have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2002 the work Nudo di giovane donna was auctioned for EUR 3,720.00.

Die Arbeit Signora sul divano von Attilio Toro wurde im Dezember 2003 in der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.728,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Attilio Toro konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2002 die Arbeit Nudo di giovane donna für EUR 3.720,00 versteigert.
