Auction result well in line with expectations
The work White Relief #1, #2 & #3 by Arturo Luz was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. The price achieved of HKD 437,500.00 (€ 51,334.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 350,000.00 – 500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Arturo Luz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Candle Vendors in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 2,920,000.00 (€ 276,848.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit White Relief #1, #2 & #3 von Arturo Luz kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 437.500,00 (€ 51.334,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 350.000,00 – 500.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arturo Luz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Candle Vendors im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.920.000,00 (€ 276.848,45).
