Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Arnold Aaron Friedman was sold in the Impressionist/Modern auction at Christies in London in June 2011. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,318.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arnold Aaron Friedman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstraction in May 2005 with an auction result of USD 43,200.00 (€ 34,982.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Arnold Aaron Friedman wurde im Juni 2011 in der Auktion Impressionist/Modern bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.318,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arnold Aaron Friedman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 43.200,00 (€ 34.982,59).
