Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Sad Memories of Pink #2", 2004 by Annika von Hausswolff was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 125,000.00 – 150,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 100,000.00 (€ 9,150.39). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Annika von Hausswolff - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Utan titel", 2006, which sold at auction in May 2011 for SEK 200,000.00 (€ 22,509.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Sad Memories of Pink #2", 2004 von Annika von Hausswolff im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 125.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 100.000,00 (€ 9.150,39) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Annika von Hausswolff mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Utan titel", 2006 beobachtet, die im Mai 2011 für SEK 200.000,00 (€ 22.509,74) versteigert wurde.
