Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work "Still life (John and Jane Doe in the arena)", 1995 by Annika von Hausswolff was worth SEK 120,000.00 (€ 11,616.21) to a buyer in April last year. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Annika von Hausswolff; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Utan titel", 2006 sold at auction in May 2011 with the realized price of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 22,509.74).
Kunstwerk zum Dreifachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit "Still life (John and Jane Doe in the arena)", 1995 von Annika von Hausswolff war einem Käufer im April letzten Jahres SEK 120.000,00 (€ 11.616,21) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Annika von Hausswolff; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Utan titel", 2006 im Mai 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 22.509,74).
