The work Stack 10, Copper Blue by Annie Morris was worth GBP 201,600.00 (€ 239,019.49) to a buyer in March last year. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Day Auction at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Annie Morris; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Stack 9 Ultramarine Blue, 2018 sold at auction in April last year with the realized price of GBP 201,600.00 (€ 240,400.87).
