In October 2021 Christies held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work HALF MINI LOOP (RED) I by Angela de la Cruz. The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,369.46) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Angela de la Cruz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Knackered in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 28,750.00 (€ 33,865.09).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2021 führte Christies die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit HALF MINI LOOP (RED) I von Angela de la Cruz zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.369,46) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Angela de la Cruz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Knackered im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 28.750,00 (€ 33.865,09).
