The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,880.00 (€ 3,072.79), 57% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Andrew Robertson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of A Lady, Traditionally Identified As The Artist'S Wife, which sold at auction in July 2010 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,769.40).

Für andere Arbeiten von Andrew Robertson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady, Traditionally Identified As The Artist'S Wife beobachtet, die im Juli 2010 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.769,40) versteigert wurde.
