A top price for Alphonse Quizet
In February 2011 Christies in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern, which included the work Canal d'Aubervillier by Alphonse Quizet. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,098.17). With this result, Canal d'Aubervillier is even the most expensive work of art by Alphonse Quizet that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Alphonse Quizet
Im Februar 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern durch, in der auch die Arbeit Canal d'Aubervillier von Alphonse Quizet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.098,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Canal d'Aubervillier sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Alphonse Quizet, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
