Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Alina Szapocznikow achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in June 2015. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Bracelet Visage Bouche - 1968 sold for EUR 35,100.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alina Szapocznikow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portret Wielokrotny (Dwukrotny) [Multiple Portrait (Double)|AID1113401] in May this year with an auction result of USD 907,200.00 (€ 851,511.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alina Szapocznikow erzielte im Juni 2015 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Bracelet Visage Bouche - 1968 für EUR 35.100,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alina Szapocznikow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portret Wielokrotny (Dwukrotny) [Multiple Portrait (Double)|AID1113401] im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 907.200,00 (€ 851.511,17).
