The work 'The Limpid Stream' by Alfred de Bréanski was sold in the British and European Art auction at Bonhams in London in March 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 2,295.00 (€ 2,696.03), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred de Bréanski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lochnagar in October 2005 with an auction result of GBP 48,000.00 (€ 70,785.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 28 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit 'The Limpid Stream' von Alfred de Bréanski wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion British and European Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.295,00 (€ 2.696,03) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred de Bréanski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lochnagar im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 48.000,00 (€ 70.785,49).
