Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Crummock Water, evening by Alfred de Bréanski was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in May last year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,120.00 (€ 5,703.10). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred de Bréanski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lochnagar in October 2005 with an auction result of GBP 48,000.00 (€ 70,785.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Crummock Water, evening von Alfred de Bréanski kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.120,00 (€ 5.703,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred de Bréanski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lochnagar im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 48.000,00 (€ 70.785,49).
