The work Figure by Alfonso Ossorio was worth EUR 21,250.00 to a buyer in October 2013. This price was achieved in the auction Rendez-Vous - Intérieurs Contemporains at Christies in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfonso Ossorio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nevertheless in May last year with an auction result of USD 604,800.00 (€ 563,600.78).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Rendez-Vous - Intérieurs Contemporains bei Christies in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfonso Ossorio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nevertheless im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 604.800,00 (€ 563.600,78).
