The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,746.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Alexander Zakharov have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2012 the work Crime And Punishment was auctioned for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 23,098.10).
