Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,501.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexander Zakharov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Crime And Punishment in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 23,098.10).
