The work Boulevard De Clichy by Aleksandr Gerasimov was sold in the Russian Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in June 2013. The result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 35,015.37) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aleksandr Gerasimov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Roses in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 361,250.00 (€ 450,101.61).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Boulevard De Clichy von Aleksandr Gerasimov wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 35.015,37) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aleksandr Gerasimov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life With Roses im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 361.250,00 (€ 450.101,61).
