In November 2018 Christies in New York held the auction An American Place | The Barney A. Ebsworth Collection Day Sale, which included the work Cubist Abstraction by Albert Gallatin. The auction ended at the price of USD 50,000.00 (€ 44,157.91), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Albert Gallatin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2017 the work New York World'S Fair was auctioned for USD 60,000.00 (€ 50,791.50).
