Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2010 Christies in Dubai held the auction International Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Snow White by Abbas Kiarostami. Here, the upper estimate of USD 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 74,500.00 (€ 53,620.27). Other works by Abbas Kiarostami have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 92,223.17) in May 2008 for the work Untitled #6 from Snow White Series.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2010 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Snow White von Abbas Kiarostami zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 70.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 74.500,00 (€ 53.620,27) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Abbas Kiarostami haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 72.500,00 (€ 92.223,17) im Mai 2008 für die Arbeit Untitled #6 from Snow White Series beobachtet.
