The work Fractured Union (In Perfect Form) by Aaron Curry was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 87,500.00 (€ 67,369.88) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Fractured Union (In Perfect Form) is the most expensive artwork by Aaron Curry that we have observed at auctions so far.
