This artwork by Zhu Yunming achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings auction, the work Yang Weizhen'S Essay In Running Script sold for HKD 875,000.00 (€ 102,223.33) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Yunming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in December this year with an auction result of HKD 24,575,000.00 (€ 2,843,608.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhu Yunming erzielte im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Yang Weizhen'S Essay In Running Script für HKD 875.000,00 (€ 102.223,33) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 500.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Yunming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.575.000,00 (€ 2.843.608,75).
