The work Calligraphy In Cursive Script by Zhu Yunming was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 5,000.56), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Yunming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in December this year with an auction result of HKD 24,575,000.00 (€ 2,843,608.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 46 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Cursive Script von Zhu Yunming kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 43.750,00 (€ 5.000,56) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Yunming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.575.000,00 (€ 2.843.608,75).
