The work Small Characters in Running Script by Zhu Yunming was worth HKD 3,250,000.00 (€ 361,367.06) to a buyer in November 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 700,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Zhu Yunming have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in December this year with an auction result of HKD 24,575,000.00 (€ 2,843,608.75).
Kunstwerk zum Vierfachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit Small Characters in Running Script von Zhu Yunming war einem Käufer im November 2021 HKD 3.250.000,00 (€ 361.367,06) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 700.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhu Yunming auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.575.000,00 (€ 2.843.608,75).
