The work Poem In Cursive Script by Zhu Yunming was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The result of HKD 1,500,000.00 (€ 176,518.88) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 1,500,000.00 – 2,500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Yunming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in December this year with an auction result of HKD 24,575,000.00 (€ 2,843,608.75).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Poem In Cursive Script von Zhu Yunming kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 1.500.000,00 (€ 176.518,88) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 1.500.000,00 – 2.500.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Yunming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.575.000,00 (€ 2.843.608,75).
