Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Zhu Xiaoqing was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2019. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,722.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhu Xiaoqing - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Snowscape, which sold at auction in May this year for HKD 100,800.00 (€ 12,082.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Zhu Xiaoqing kam im Mai 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.722,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhu Xiaoqing mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Snowscape beobachtet, die im Mai diesen Jahres für HKD 100.800,00 (€ 12.082,00) versteigert wurde.
