Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2010 Phillips in New York held the auction AFRICA Theme Sale, which included the work Football Miracle by Zhong Biao. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 68,500.00 (€ 55,380.39). Other works by Zhong Biao have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 121,000.00 (€ 76,558.05) in March 2008 for the work Marksman.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2010 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion AFRICA Theme Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Football Miracle von Zhong Biao zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 68.500,00 (€ 55.380,39) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Zhong Biao haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 121.000,00 (€ 76.558,05) im März 2008 für die Arbeit Marksman beobachtet.
