Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Follow Me by Zhong Biao was sold in the Asian Contemporary Sale (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2008. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 180,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 200,000.00 (€ 18,535.81). Admittedly, works by Zhong Biao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Marksman in March 2008 with an auction result of USD 121,000.00 (€ 76,558.05).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Follow Me von Zhong Biao wurde im Dezember 2008 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Sale (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 180.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 200.000,00 (€ 18.535,81) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhong Biao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Marksman im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 121.000,00 (€ 76.558,05).
