Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year China Guardian held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Zheng Naiguang. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 50,000.00 – 100,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 7,255.87) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Zheng Naiguang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Red Lotus in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 552,000.00 (€ 54,952.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte China Guardian die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Zheng Naiguang zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 7.255,87) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zheng Naiguang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Red Lotus im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 552.000,00 (€ 54.952,92).
