Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2018 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Family by Zheng Naiguang. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 180,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 188,800.00 (€ 19,921.42). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zheng Naiguang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Red Lotus, which sold at auction in October 2012 for HKD 552,000.00 (€ 54,952.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2018 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Family von Zheng Naiguang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 180.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 188.800,00 (€ 19.921,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Zheng Naiguang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Red Lotus beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für HKD 552.000,00 (€ 54.952,92) versteigert wurde.
