Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2010 Phillips in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Ghost by Zheng Delong. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,201.16). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zheng Delong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Soul (06.08), which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 28,800.00 (€ 43,029.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2010 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ghost von Zheng Delong zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.201,16) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Zheng Delong mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Soul (06.08) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für GBP 28.800,00 (€ 43.029,77) versteigert wurde.
