Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Five Character Couplet In Running Script by Zhang Yuzhao was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2018. The price achieved of HKD 29,500.00 (€ 3,321.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhang Yuzhao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Four-Character Couplet in Running Script in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 322,000.00 (€ 32,055.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Five Character Couplet In Running Script von Zhang Yuzhao kam im Oktober 2018 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 29.500,00 (€ 3.321,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Yuzhao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Four-Character Couplet in Running Script im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 322.000,00 (€ 32.055,87).
