Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spring Blossoms by Zhang Xin was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. The price achieved of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 6,689.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Zhang Xin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May last year the work Hibiscus and Flowering Cassia was auctioned for HKD 107,100.00 (€ 12,715.07).

Die Arbeit Spring Blossoms von Zhang Xin kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 6.689,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Zhang Xin konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai letzten Jahres die Arbeit Hibiscus and Flowering Cassia für HKD 107.100,00 (€ 12.715,07) versteigert.
